If you have ever stayed at an over priced motel with filthy rooms and poor management,
you could compare that to living here.

Crime IS a problem here. Repairs are A major
problem as well. The staff acts as if they
were trained by a bad fast food manager. The
staff and upper management are POOR at best.
The grounds and units seem more like a noisy
cheap motel, rather than a home.
