Reasons NOT to live here:
1. Deceitful and lazy office staff.
2. Theft/Crime in the complex is pitiful.
3. Location is very noisy and dirty.
(Very close to 28th street)
4. High electric bills.
5. Not enough parking due to party crowd.
6. Buildings are old and need work.
7. Rude neighbors party, make noise
throughout the week.

The office staff and maintenance team cannot address issues when they are not notified. Continuous emails to a website to post opinions and complaints instead of directly to the office is not a way to get problems solved. Communication works both ways between the management team and the residents. It cannot be expected in any aspect of life that someone is a mind reader.
