I am afraid it is true what others have wrote
here, the management of this complex is simply disgusting.
The office ignores most concerns and issues.
The management will give the standard,
"We will look into that, or "It's on a list"
reply, and they never follow up.
In other words, they do not care.
It is insulting to pay your rent on time
every month only to have to deal with
the lies and false promises from management.
I did not care for the loud party crowds in
the complex. I enjoy a good party, however,
not when parking becomes a problem and
sub woofers from stereos can be heard all
night / early morning.
The apartments would be fine IF they were
maintained by an honest and decent company.
The management has allowed this complex
to stagnate and fall apart.
