Do not be fooled by the location or the price of Arrowhead Apartments.
The managers are corrupt and ignore requests.
Why be concerned with tenants apartments
when there is profit to be had.
Aside from the corrupt management, there is
rampant crime, loud noise at all hours,
and stop by Thursday - Sunday to see all
the discarded beer cans and liqour bottles
in the parking lot and grounds.
Stop in and see people loitering around the
parking lot, or drunk individuals beating up
automobiles at 3 AM.
The apartments I was aware of had mice, ants,
and leaking roof areas.
A neighbor of mine had a break in while she
was at work, and I know of 3 cars that have
had car stereos stolen.
The police stop by now and then, but management could care less.
Again, the management staff does not live
here, so why should they care'
