Quality Con Man(agement) From: SusanArt Date posted: 12/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The owners of this complex, Eenhoorn, are simply con artists. The staff will do whatever it takes to get you to sign a lease, and then you are on your own. I had to vacate Arrowhead due to exposure to BLACK MOLD. I endured headaches and a slight skin rash due to the amount of mold in my apartment. Management did nothing to remedy the problem except WALLPAPER OVER THE MOLD. I would also advise you to add the police to your speed dial, as you will get zero response from management on your issues. Management does NOT screen tenants here, regardless of what the Eenhoorn staff have written here on this site. The unsavory crowd who come and go through the night seem to be involved in drug activity. So, even if tenants were screened, the company most of them keep is disruptive.
