We lived in Bayberry from 5/2000 until 4/2003, when due to the birth of our second child we purchased our first house! At first we were drawn to its location, outside of the city enough that it was quiet at night and we would frequently see wildlife and that we were still close to shopping, etc. We have lived in both of the original 2 bedroom floorplans and absolutely loved them!! The staff was friendly and responded quickly to any problems, rare as they may have been, very quickly. The neighbors pretty much kept to themselves, but were VERY friendly. The only problems we had were parking once we moved into the floorplan with a additional dining area, since there are 12 apartments to a building with those floorplans vs. the 6 with the other 2 bedroom floorplan, but the same number of parking spots at both buildings, and at one point during the 3 years there, there were some neighbors who liked to come home from the bar and hang out on their deck and didn't realize how loud they were. Bayberry has a very strict noise policy, and they were not a problem for long. If you can afford these apartments I highly recommend them!
