My Fiance, and her friend had put a deposit down on a 2 bed/2bath, and told the office they would be moving into bayberry in less than 2 weeks. A week before they were to move in, they checked to make sure it was still available, and the office had given that apartment to someone else, and there was none other available. In order to make up for it, they gave us a bigger, more expensive 2 bed/2bath for the price of the smaller.
The only ongoing problem that we have is parking. A 2 bedroom apartment that can allow 4 adults, and 4 cars, is only allowed to have 2 cars. There is overflow parking, but if you live in the middle of the complex it is a ways to walk, especially in the winter. I live in 6 unit building, and during the week parking isnt a real BIG problem, but on the weekend when the neighbors have guests over, there is no room. Maintenance is quick, the grounds are clean, and the apartments are quality built.
Though there is a policy with noise, we do have some inconsiderate, loud college age neighbors who either wake us up at 3 in the morning, or play their music very loudly, or who go running up and down the outside steps really loudly, there isn't too much of a noise problem.
Just have to be carefull when backing out of garge, cuz there isn't much room, and cars have a hard time seeing because the put the garages right on a turn in the street.
I would recommend this place. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
