Bayberry Pointe Apartments

Great Place! From: SITARZM@GMAIL.COM Date posted: 6/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I highly reccomend Bayberry Pointe. Ive lived in many apartments and this one has the most helpful office and maintainance staff. It is also the best bang for your buck. It may be a little more expensive then appleridge or hampton lakes, but it is much nicer. The apartments are huge and well maintained. My closet space is wonderful and When I first moved here I was one of only a few college kids due to the income requirement of 3X the rent/month but they now accept student loans so the college kids have increased and it has gotten slightly noisier. But still very peaceful. They have a 10pm noise rule which includes dishwashers and washing machines/dryers, and you only have one warning. They only bad thing is just recently they changed their policy from gas grills only to no grills. Renters insurance is also now required. Also no pool which i would use all the time in the summer, but has basketball courts which i rarely use and tennis courts that I never use. Also my grass seems to be brown and dead all summer long. All in all this is a great place to live, especially if you have classes downtown and in allendale.
