I have lived at Bayberry Pointe Apartments twice now. The first time I was newly divorced and came from a 3000 sq. ft. house and loved the large size of my apartment. I have now lived here for 10 months. I LOVE the community. It's quiet, clean, maintenence is always right on the ball if you call about anything. Snow removal and shoveling are always done. The rent is pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. I am trying to downsize my budget and I have been looking for something less expensive but decent and I have yet to find anything close to nice. I guess you get spoiled living here. The office staff is wonderful and friendly. I am considering giving up my cell phone and other stuff to be able to stay here. I pay $770 month (I have 2 cats that cost me an extra $1o/mo.) I would reccomend Bayberry Pointe to anyone who wants a nice apartment in a safe community.
