I do not live in Bayberry mainly because I cannot afford it right now. I currently live in a much worse complex nearby that im sure some of you can figure out. However, I have a lot of friends that live in Bayberry and I can tell you that from visiting Bayberry often, its well-worth the price. For only another $100 or $200 a month, you can get an apartment that is so much nicer than my current dump.

Rooms are much larger, you get dishwasher, washer & dryer, and a garage! I currently dont have any of that at my dump. Bayberry is newer, better built, a lot quieter, much more secure than my dump! Bayberry is like a luxurious house compared to the terrible apartments that I currently live in. So I highly recommend Bayberry as long as you can afford it.

I agree! Althought the place is at least an extra $100-$200 a month I think it helps keep the place nice. For starters it helps keep out the "White Trash"! (Unlike that one place that you have mentioned that from what I am guessing is named after a fruit! LOL!!)
