I've lived here for five months and it feels like I've been here for years. This is possibly the worst apartment I have ever encountered and I am counting down the days until my lease is up. Upon my date of moving in, I noticed there was inadequate closet space, which is most definitly my fault. After unpacking, I noticed a drawer would not open, and this is due to some idiot that simply measured wrong for the stove. In order to open the drawer, the oven door has to be open. Which, in my eyes, is completly unnecessary. After about the third night of living here, my whole closet completly collapsed. Then when they told me to remove everything from the closet, I noticed a leak in the celing, which caused the closet to collapse (since all of the drywall was soaked entirely). Also within the first week, my car was broken into, others to this day, still park in my carport, and everytime I have done laundry, it has been stolen.

Downfalls:
-Anytime someone opens or closes a door, the whole building shakes and rattles.
-The walls and floors are so thin that you can sit in your apartment and make out the entire conversation of the residents beside you or below you.
-The bathroom fan only works when it wants to.
-The bedrooms are 20 cooler then the rest of the apartment -no lie.
-Hot water only lasts 5 minutes in the shower.
-Dishwasher sucks, and sinks are only one basin sinks, so doing dishes by hand is out of the question.
-Drywall is so old and cheap when you bump it, it makes a mark.
-Lighting is extremly poor.
-Parking lot is non-existant unless you have a front or back building.
- When someone is approaching the building through the walkway, you can hear it and feel even in the back apartments.

Other:
-Outdoor pool is sparkling clean, but cold as ice in the heat of summer.
-Showers for pool are very unsanitary.
-Mailboxes are very small.

The maintenance men are amazing and come right after you call. Clubhouse is convienent. But those are the only two perks in living here. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I've lived here for about 9 months now. I find nothing false in your review. This place is an absolute nightmare.
