The worst apartments around. You are right next to the highway, and all you can hear are the cars. Or anyone else that lives in the building. I can tell you everything about my neighbor and I've never met her. The place is so cheaply made. Horrible kitchen design, limited to 5 minutes of hot water, and I am pretty sure my balcony is about to collapse. Lets not forget about the absolute worst thing about this place, management. The management is rude, doesn't care about the tenants, and breaks laws. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the management sucks.
