Paper thin walls distract from enjoyment

Be sure you like your neighbors taste in music, television and conversation because you will hear it all. The vents are connected, the walls actually conduct noise rather than block it out. If you're on the top floor, rain sounds like an alien invasion. The heat bills are outrageous. If they can make this place soundproof it would be a good investment because of the unique style of the lofts. North enders have to walk 2 blocks to get to their place, so have a wheelie for groceries or demand the North entrance be finished! Security is fabulous and very responsive.
