I lived in the Boardwalk for over 2 years. I feel sorry for any "adult" who gets lured in to buying one of these units. The Building is cool, the apartments are cool and that's where it ends. If you are 21 do nothing but party and love to hear everyone around you have sex with a different person every night then you'll love it. If you are at all a mature adult or a person with a real job, you will despise this place. You really can hear everything. They are NOT doing anything to change that. Security are lazy, lazy, lazy and unconcerned about everything! Oh, and the great fitness center, it is now being telemarketed to every low income person on the planet and is a nasty place to work out. The drunks pull the fire alarm at least once a month in the middle of the night and you have to go outside, not fun at 2am in the winter. There are alot of great condos downtown and downtown living can be great, just not at the boardwalk.
