Hey,
The Boardwalk condos are a great investment. The low prices made it easy for me to get a mortgage and move in. These brand new condos will only appreciate in value as the staff here continues to add to the amenities. They're constantly adding new features, and I keep hearing there's more to come: a pool, roof-top jacuzzis, new balconies, and so on. Beyond the value, I simply think it's a great place to live - cozy, quiet, and fun! I normally wouldn't expect to find a place this nice in greater Grand Rapids.

This sounds fake; more like ad copy than a real review. Also, the condos are not "brand new" - they were rental for at least 5 years after the remodel of the building.
