Leaves Something to be Desired

Not a huge fan of this place -- I have seen and lived in better. What really gets me is the fact that in order to have a "modern" apartment, you must shell out an additional $100 a month just to get what many places in the area already offer at the same or lower price-- some new appliances, upgraded kitchen, new closet doors and laminate wood flooring where there used to be carpet and an electric fireplace. And yes, you pay the electric bill. Yuck. Also, if you're not a big fan of highway traffic noise then opening the windows in the summer makes this place not for you. Rooms were also very cold in the winter with the heat on. Keep looking is my best advice.
