Quiet neighbors and helpful staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Lived here for almost a year and a half and there are lots of older people who live here who don't make too much noise. Needed service a couple of times for this and that and problems were addressed promptly. In my experience, these apartments are slightly more pricey than others but the inside of most units have been refurbished recently and are quite nice and, except for the one bedroom units, there are washer and dryers in the units. One covered parking space is provided per unit with extra uncovered parking for guests. There are some units that are closer to the freeway but mine is not and freeway noise is not an issue for me. Overall, I am pleased with this place.
