I've lived here now for a little over 2 months and I love it! The grounds are well kept, everybody is friendly and maintenance is VERY timely, usually within the same day. My building is very quiet and I was surprised and impressed that all residents were given poinsettias as a christmas gift. PLus even at the smallest snow fall, the walkways and drives are plowed. The gym that is available 24 hours is small, but very nicely done with very nice equipment with tv/dvd combos. Parking is never a problem and my carport is directly out my apartment door. The interiors are beautiful with nice remodeled upgrades and brand new appliances. My only complaint is the original aluminum windows are a bit drafty in the cold, but the heat is included. I only wish I would have moved here sooner to enjoy the pool last summer.
