I'm a late 20's female and i've lived here almost 6 months and I absolutely love it! I feel not only safe and secure but I have friendly neighbors (some a bit older) and an overall quiet community. They allow small pets and everyone is very welcoming to my little Westie! Pet rent is only $15 extra a month. The maintenance is very prompt and the grounds are very well kept..snow shoveling and plowing! (especially the past winter with all the snow we got!) Apartments designed in a older style exterior, but all are all beautifully remodeled and clean and bright. Lots of closet space, storage, laundry room---two bedroom units hav actual in apt laundry, workout facility with tv/dvd combos. Office staff is very friendly. Even the mail-man is great! I only wished i moved in sooner!! Oh, can't wait for the pool to open this summer too :) I would and have recommended Briar Lane to friends.
