The grounds of Briarlane are well maintained and the maintenance staff is very good about taking care of things promptly. Other than that my Boyfriend and I had the worst experience here. The buildings are very old, including the fixtures which brake consistently. Our fridge broke down twice and needed to be replaced, which lead to us having to throw out most of our food. The toilets constantly need to be fixed, they won't fill up after you flush them. We went without hot water for 2 days, which we never found out why. The neighbors are very unfriendly. The walls are very thin, we were on the third floor and could hear both conversations from below us and next to us. You can hear when someone flushes the toilet or turns on the shower. The manager, Mary is very rude and uncooperative! The apartments are way over priced for what you think your getting. If you have a choice, KEEP LOOKING!
