Well, if you have too. Land Co. is the company that controls the facility. They have some issues. For starters, they have somehow agreed to sublease they cable lines to a diff company not owned by Land co. To get to the jist of that, if you want cable tv or cable internet, you have to agree to sign a waiver saying you will pay 36.50 a month to cable systems, then, on top of that, you must pay for your service as well. So you pay double ta have service. To make matters worse, they donot allow satelite systems to be added to apt. So you HAVE to use their service. No choice. you cannot use any of these services until you have agreed to use cablesystems to hook up the cable line that runs from your apt. to the outside of the building. Absolutely ridiculous. Second, they say you have secure entry. I have been here for a year, and the door downstairs has not been fixed in that time, it never locks, anyone can come and go as they please. yikes. third, at the beginning of your lease, you make an assessment, which is normal, but if you miss one detail, your hit, you are paying. If your attention to detail is poor, you will be poor when you leave. Maitenance is good, and the staff is good too. They will cooperate, but you have to push the boundry. Which you shouldnt have to do. the contract you receive is bond, you cannot mess up on that. Also, on that lease, it clearly states no working on vehicles or commercial vehicles allowed. You might as well call it MIDAS. There has been a car in a port at my particular building that hasnt moved since i have been here. It has no tires and is leaking fluids out of the engine, but for some reason, no one cares. All in all, if you in a bind, come on over. If you not pshycotic, dont try it!
