Burton's Landing Apartments

Welcome to crack central From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This is a great place to live - that is if you like watching drug dealers sell crack in the front parking lot. Unfortunately, the local police don't really seem to care, and the landlords don't seem to be in any hurry to do anything about it. Maintenance is a step above incompitent, and most of the people living here aren't far behind. If you're looking for a nice place to raise a family, this isn't it. This was a nice low cost college housing situation, and it offered some interesting life experiences - let me tell you - but I'm not planning on living here any longer than I have to. Oh, and every time you renew your lease, be prepared to get screwed over with increased costs. They will get every cent possible out of you while they can (like fixing the bathroom floor that started tearing because of shotty installation).
