I have seen people using and selling drugs in the parking lot. There are also abandoned cars littering the parking lot. And, oftentimes the parking lot is not lit because burnt out bulbs are not replaced and if you happen to get home late, there is hardly any space to park. The secured entrances are also a joke. As a resident, you pay an additional $20 each month on top of your rent to cover refuse removal and water. But every weekend people from the surrounding neighborhood come and fill up the dumpster until it is overflowing and management does not care. And lastly, the office staff is unprofessional and rude.
