When I was trying to find an affordable apartment to live on my own this was the place for me. It was within 2 miles of the Woodland and Centerpointe Mall as well as Calvin College. And, though not everything always ran well, if there was ever a problem the 24 hr maitence would always be on it. I had confidence that the men and women working at the office would take care of me and, being a college student 2,000 miles away from her parents (I'm originally from CA) it's nice to have that security.
