Cascade Village Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Management of this complex (ALL STATE) is not recommended. They do no appear to care about the residents. They have costs that are unclear and will charge you fees for everything and anything! I had a spotless apartment and they withheld my security deposit saying it was prorated rent for which I believed I had already paid! I had multiple problems with ALL STATE Managment regarding fees, varying rent rates, security deposit, and termination charges. They were not all that friendly even with correcting their own mistates like when I found my personal information floating around the parking lot.
