| | Lived there for over 10 years-great area-apartment is close to 1000 ft. Lots of room. Had no problems w/noise. Repairs are done in a timely manner |

| | Overall decent experience. Had severe trouble getting screens replaced (took 4 months and numerous calls). Landlady started avoiding my calls towards the end of my stay. Nice people, not terribly professional. |
