Adequate

Central Park Place was an adequate place to live. It's generally quiet, even with all the animals around. In terms of the apartment, most of the fixtures were totally cheap. It took maintance 6 months to fix the intercom system, the toilet never flushed correctly and the lighting fixtures were as cheap as can be. I thought it was a little bit tacky to make tenants pay for water as well.
