I had a two bedroom on the second floor and the apartment was roomy enough. The office was very responsive if I had a problem. The only drawbacks (and minor ones at that) was traffic noise as I was next to the main drive in and overlooked the parking lot. I had a dog and they were accomodating to that. They have nice places to walk the dog and even provide baggies to pick up after them.
