I am going on my second year at Central Park Place. I enjoy living here. I actually moved from a 2 bdrm to a 1 bdrm and they were so accomodating. I just didn't need all that space but it was all they had at the time I needed to move in. My transition to another apartment was smooth. I have had a few maintenance issues but for the most part they have responded. The A/C broke at the worst time and it took 2 days to get it repaired. 80 and humid is NOT fun without air. But they did get it fixed and were apologetic. I just renewed my lease for my 3rd year which begins in a few months. I love having my dog and cat with me. The grounds are very beautiful in the Summer. I've worked out many times on the equipment they provide at the clubhouse. There's a sauna, a hot tub and a pool. It is a little pricy and we now pay for trash removal on top of all other utilities which I am not too thrilled about. But overall, I don't plan on leaving until I buy a house.
