I just signed my third year lease because I realy like living here. The flowers are beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, they are there within a couple days to fix the problem. The pool and hot tub is a lot of fun and so is the fitness center and sauna. The only reason I would leave this place is to buy a home.
