I am a current resident and have some mixed emotions regarding this complex. It's true the maintenance give poor quality and service. When I moved in I had a list of things that needed repairing, and had to ask two and three times to get it done. Most things finally got fixed, but some things were not fixed at all or done poorly. It seemed to take them way too long to fix the intercom system. I still have a paint project in my second bedroom that isn't finished after 3 weeks. Maintenance came in and painted, but left a mess on the closet door (in which he told me he'd be back to clean off), it's still on the closet door. I have a noisy neighbor that plays his music too loud and too late into the morning sometimes, other than that I don't hear my neighbors or their animals. I liked the features of being able to have my cats, it has a fireplace (if you want to call it that), and I have a washer and dryer in my apt. I got a good discount for signing an 18 mo. lease, so I guess for that money, I'm ok with living here. I am looking for a home now to buy. I would recommend this complex if you have animals, if you don't, look elsewhere!
