I have recently moved into Central Park Place and one of the major selling features was how centrally located it is. I work downtown, so I am only about 10 minutes from work, and the e-ways are just around the corner, and plenty of shopping. Eventhough, it is a great location, it is still very quiet and secluded from the busy day to day traffic. I also love the fact that they take pets. I was looking to get a dog and they take most breeds, so I am now deciding what I want. The office staff is great, very friendly and quick to help. Maintenance does their best to get things done in a short period of time, but some times it does take a little longer than expected, but they do have a lot of people to take care of. The grounds are beautiful and well maintianed. I know there are some issues with people not cleaning up after their pets, but like I read in other reviews I do not blame the staff they can only do so much. It would be different if there were not so many lazy people out there. I highly recommend taking a look and renting here.
