Renter Beware

When I moved into Central Park Place, I thought it was nice, but about a month later, I hated it. I got a rent special, which is mostly why I moved in, plus I needed a place that allowed pets. I had a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. The layout of the apartment is boring. All the windows are on one side. I was afraid to be on the deck because I thought I'd fall apart while I was standing on it. The doors didn't fit into the frames properly. The appliances are probably older than me. Our building looked like it was falling apart. The inside was disgusting. Paint was peeling everywhere, and there were holes in the walls. In our apartment, you could tell somebody punched a hole into the wall, and they did a terrible job patching it up. The blinds never worked properly, they'd either never go up, or never come down. There was also an incident of apartments being broken into while I lived there. I didn't feel safe walking through the parkinglot, too many bushes around and it's not very well lit. For the price you pay, you could do so much better than this place. Also, the office staff always seemed to be in a bad mood. They are happy when you move in, but once you're in, they show their true colors.

Because you don't know what's it's like until after you move in. The apartment looked nice, then we moved in and things started falling apart, ect.
