I lived in this complex for about 5 or 6 years in the 90's. I moved out to buy a house. Now that I am a single woman, I needed a place for just myself and two cats. I liked the convevience of not having to do yardwork or snow shoveling, not to mention any maintainence of the living area when I lived here before. I was happy with my past experience here, so I came in to check out the place a couple of months ago. The office people were pleasant and helped me get in with not much money down. I feel safe in my upstairs apartment. My cats love it, too! I had only one requested repair when I moved in and it was repaired the same day! My place is in great shape and I'm very satisfied with my decision to return. I highly reccommend Central Park Place Apts.
