Staff seams friendly at first but are lazy and do nothing to accommodate you. I went 2 weeks with no air conditioning and not even a simple sorry from anyone; my hot water in my shower did not work right for 2 months maint. Came out and replace stuff but never finished it there is plaster with no paint to cover up the mess. My slider has been broke since i moved in i have complained 4 times still not fixed. Also my building did not have hot water for a week i was told never told about this i had to call and find out and i kept being told it would be fixed the next day and for now i can use the club house. No discount to my rent or water bill, even though i had to take cold showers for a week. This summer they had sprinklers sitting all around to try and fix there dead grass but they would leave them on for days and flood areas and instead of having them water the grass they would be sparying in the parking lot. maint. has been painting the outside of the buildings latley my porch has been rearanged 3-4 times (everything pushed and piled on top of each other) and of course nothing was ever moved back. Everyone is just rude. Nice looking apartments but horrible staff.
