almost here a year, was told i would get same discount rent if i signed by lease end,....guess again, putting my rent up $35. maintainence is extrodinarily lazy and aloof, will talk their way out of almost anything imaginable, took almost 6 months to get carport light fixed, also had to mention broken kitchen drawer 3 times,....3 months later we were golden. hot tub broken more than working in the summer months!! don't believe the pics, there are no golf greens here anymore.
