I am surprised by the other reviews I have read regarding Central Park Place. I have been living in a two bedroom apartment on a top floor for almost a year now, and I love my apartment. I love the fact that I have a separate dining room from my living room and I have lots of closet space for all of my books, shoes and clothes. I hate to admit it, but I am a pack rat. I have had a few maintenance issues in my apartment, like a garbage disposal not working and a roof leak due to an ice dam, but I was very happy with how quickly maintenance and the office staff responded. I did have a little bit of a wait due to the weather, but since they made the repair I have had no problems with the roof. The office staff is great. They always take the time to say hello and chat. I really feel at home. I recommend that if you are looking for a quiet and spacious place to live to come check it out.
