My Wife and I have been living here for a few months now and cant wait to get out! Where do I start, First of all the staff appeared friendly at first but they are some of the laziest, non-proactive people I have ever met. Dont even bother trying to get something fixed here. Water,appliances, sliding doors, cracked walls, no hot water you'll just get put on hold for a few weeks or even months. They never do anything in a timely or professional manner and very often take your problems as annoyances. The place is loud and even if its quiet the windows actually rattle in the frames from all the big semi-trucks going past on the highway. The walls are paper thin and are not insulated or sound proofed. The entire staircase shakes as people go up and down at all hours of the night. The maintenace guys are friendly but clueless. They do try though! The good things: Most tenants are friendly, the pool is cool, parking is pretty good, nice flowers in driveway. Thats about it. If you rent here put the corporate phone number in your speed dial. you'll need it! Stay Away!
