I like this place alot. I dont know why people complain so much. It is a nice place to live. We have a 1000 sq foot apartment. We got it because a friend lived there. The price is a little high for what you get but it is well worth it.

Our building is always quiet and the only ones that make noise are us when we are playing rock band 2. I am able to crank up the volume with no complaints from neighbors. The walls are very sound proof.

There recently was a break in to over 12 cars in the complex. I guess this sort of thing happens not much you can do about it. Luckly they didnt touch my truck even though a friends car parked 25 ft away got a broken window.

Overall I love living here. It is alot cleaner then most places and very quiet. You rarely ever see anyone around. I have been living here almost a month now. I was very skeptical by what I read on the other posts here and thought I would give it a try. So far I am very happy I live here. It is convient location to alpine, plainfield and east beltline.

I hope you consider living here... The only drawback is they include nothing in the rent not even the trash. I dunno wtf the deal is with that :/

People complain so much because this is like living in hell. I am so not renewing my lease here. I do not feel safe and no the high rent with nothing included is not worth this hole in the wall. Your whole review contradicts itself.
