thats right they can print out tons of flyers and hang them on doors of all the apartments but yet they cant do a simple maint call.They only keep the grounds nice around the office but the rest of the community is a dry dessert.The kitchens are out dated and so are the appliances, and they break all the time.Their A/C systems are almost always broke or barely work and the windows are very drafty and you need plastic over them.Your utility bills will be high and you have to pay all of them.The parking lots have HUGE pot holes all over so you can basically ruin your car.They also like to block in cars during the winter and put their snow piles in parking spots so you have to park at the next complex over and walk to your's when its 0* out. Dont waste your time

You are ridiculous and an exaggerator. Let me guess, you're the type of person who expects to be catered to and pampered through life? I used to live here as a single woman and never once felt the least bit unsafe or unsatisfied with the grounds or staff; maybe that's because you weren't my neighbor. Angry people that try to ruin it for everyone need to just keep quiet sometimes. The "waste of time" was reading your review, go move to some run-down community where your complaints can be validated.

Strange I have never seen a single pothole there... If you have problems you can always call their main number on the website to talk to someone. You must of got a crappy apartment I notice none of the problems you have.

Oh yea there were potholes, they fixed em now but there are plenty more renovations needed.

To Tootsiebingles, from what I've heard, some of the apartments are excellent, others are crappy. I happened to live in a crappy one. This was in 2004-2005, though, so things probably have changed since then. At least I hope so.

Nope they havent changed, still garbage like 10 years ago, only now they same garbage appts are getting older so they are even worse garbage
