I moved out awile ago so i figured i would wait to see if they changed a bit over the years but i was wrong.poorly managed and bad upkeep of apartments.Prepare pay high bills and plenty of them, the water bills are split between all the apartments in your building, so if their are several people living in teh apartment next door and you are the only one in your apartment then you have to pay for their extra water useage.Save your money and time, and rent a house for the same price as these apartments.

I agree with You Can Find Better! It is extremely tough to get anything fixed w/o continually calling and dealing with the snippy attitude of the apartment manager. The attitude of management can really make or break your experience! The apartments are in a nice location and a safe environment. No problems with noise. The cost of the apartments are pricey for what you get and especially since the renter pays gas & electric independently. It is ridiculous with how the water bills are slit.

I agree. These apartments are not worth the price. Plus the surrounding area is depressing. If you want old appliances, have to pay more than you agreed to in your lease, and rude staff this is your place. I disagree with the about the safety issue, I don't feel safe here and can't wait for my lease to be up. Too many times when I go to the entrance the security door is slightly opened. The apartment manager does have quite the attitude. You might as well get a house especially since there are many foreclosures in the area.

The first poster is probably an employee of the complex.
