I used to live here five years ago and LOVED it! I came by the site to check how things have been since I left. I have come to the conclusion that I AM going to move back because most of the reviews on here seem as if people are just mad that they have to actually fufill a legal agreement that they signed. I have found in my experience that if the reviews are wimpy 'maintenance' 'all they care about are flyers' or small things like that it's just a person deflecting attention FROM themselves to something else. When I lived there, I lived by myself for a few months before I got married, and I never felt more comfortable anywhere else. Now that I live on the other side of town, I miss the location too, it was close to Meijers and the highway. The only complaint I had there was the maintenance--but they assured me that the person who was bad at it is no longer there. Beautiful apartments, nice neighborhood, I am SO moving back.

Dont waste your time you are gonna be over paying. I hate living here. Its such a waste of money for what you get. There are far better communitys around. I cant wait till my lease is up to move out of this place.

This reply is such a fake. Maintenance is not the only problem. Appliances here are old, not enough lightning or real security measures. The property is not worth the price or the attitudes.
