College Hill

Great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived at College Hill for 2 years. I am a Cooley Law Student. I moved here from Ohio and looked at other complex's. College Hill was by far the best for the whole package. The price, amenities and service was the best that I found. I pay $500 for my studio which includes free cable,internet, parking, the building has 2 fitness rooms and laundry rooms in each floor. The whole building has been recently rewired for faster and more reliable internet (eventhough before it worked fine). Other perks is that the maintance man and property manager has made my move to Grand Rapids great. The building is quiet, reserved and extremely clean. They are always helpful and accomadting to other tenants and myself. You are always greated with open arms and a smile when you walk into the office. Additionally the greatest thing about College Hill is that the maintance man is always there when you need him willing to help for major or minor repairs. There is no answering service that you have to wait for a call back and if worst comes to worst the Property Manager Jaime is in the office daily for any concerns.
