From: alj84co Date posted: 12/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I love how clean the building is and the fact that there is a 24/7 maintenance man. The office staff are willing to work out payment plans and are understanding of financial situations. The price was amazing considering that everything was covered except for electricity. Out of all the apartments I looked at in the area, this one was the cleanest and most accommodating. It is right off the highway so commuting downtown and to Lansing was very easy. There is a bus stop outside that makes commuting during the harsh winters accessible. I don't have to take my laundry anywhere because there is a laundry room on every floor and two fitness rooms right next to them. I love it here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment downtown.
