You get what you pay for. I mean free cable and internet! that alone save me alot of money.The place is cozy and clean. we have a 24 Maintenance man who workes the whole building by himself and does an excellent job for being just him. i mean i see him late at night still working on things. and the Mangament couldn't be nicer i never feel like i can't go ask her anything. like the paint in our shower was chiping and i told Mangament about it and the next day she had a guy come in to look at it. A week later it was paint but we couldn't use our shower so she let us use an empty apartment to shower in for those two days. The workers here go above and beyond. All you have to do is fine them or leave an request in the office. i love it here. but i must say one thing. There are weekend parties and a high level of college students i mean it like a 15 minute walk from Grcc Campus and Grand Valley is right around the corner. But what tenats do when no one is around like the weekends no one can control that. But all in all this place is around wonderfull and great place to live.
