First, I have read the bad reviews, and it is not true. I have lived here 3 years and I love this place. The manager is always nice and helpful, and I am not white, so to say she only helps people if you are white is not true. Next, I am not a student so not everyone who lives here and is happy is a loud student. Third, after I saw on this site someone was murdered in the park, I asked the manager about it. She told me she was aware that a young girl about 18 was killed by her boyfriend when she broke up with him. Not that this was not horrible, what does this have to do with college hill' I have enjoyed my stay, and I think come see for yourself is my suggestion. It is a good value and a nice building.

What does it have to do with it?? The neighborhood, my friend. The neighborhood!
Is there a sign in the building somewhere encouraging residents to come here and rate them???? There is a LOAD of new reviews lately from CURRENT residents!
