Love the Community! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I'm a previous tenant of College Hill. I enjoyed my living experience at College Hill and the onsite management was awesome. I highly recommend this community! I lived in a one bedroom and my expenses were very competitive with the other apartments in the area. The apartments are maintained exceptionally well and I loved being close to downtown and felt very safe. It's a great place to live and meet new people. The complex held a summer picnic for all the residents, which gave me an opportunity to meet my neighbors. I loved living there! I highly recommend this place to all my friends!
