My apartment was clean when i moved in and very spacious compared to other places i viewed around the the same price range. The office staff isn't that bad. They could spend more time in the office but the manager's assistant is cute and i've never had problems with her or the manager. Ceilings are very thin, so you hear a lot of your neighbors bad habits. If you can't handle the normal inconveniences of living in a complex, don't move here. The current residents don't appreciate your bitching.
