I sort of ended up by accident here. I was in need of a place to live when I found a roommate through the GRCC website in fall of 06. I called him, saw the Apartment, and was happy. I needed to contact the Office and be placed on the lease. The office personnel are the greatest Jamie was so nice and helped me with the all that I needed to do to become a renter.
The apartments are great and I have recommended several friends to the place. I now have a new roommate and have signed another lease with College Hill this has beeen the best and most understanding place have ever lived at. I plan on renewing for another year in July of 08 when my lease is up. I cannot express the kindness of the office staff and the quality of living at College Hill. If they have an opening for this building I would definitely rent here it is reasonable and close to GRCC which is always great for a Student.

Exactly...for STUDENTS who fit in PERFECTLY in this environment....parties...noise....nothing bothers students.
