Great Place anyone who denies it is probably a person evicted and a loser.
The staff are great and very helpful i like it a lot here and have no problems am on my second lease here and will stay another year. It is Close to GRCC and makes college life easy.
Building is well kept and very safe.

lol Spoken like an educated man..NOT. Yep. I am a loser because I hated it..because I was pretty choosy and fussy and wanted a DECENT/NOISE-FREE place to live. One where I didn't see students pissing out in the parking lot.....yep. Call me a loser. roll eyes These are the type of people that will be your neighbors....they call you a loser and openly admit they are students. And if students live here, we know what happens. If you aren't a student....get out.
